
Kinga Wojdalska is violist known for her distinctive artistic voice and thoughtful, individual programming. Wojdalska is the first Polish prizewinner in the prestigious, Primrose International Viola Competition in the United States, where she was awarded Second Prize as well as the Transcription Prize for her own arrangment of Grażyna Bacewicz's Polish Capriccio.
Her artistic work places particular emphasis on 20th and 21st century repertoire, including major European premieres such as John Williams’ Viola Concerto and Miklós Rózsa’s Viola Concerto. She is currently preparing her debut solo album dedicated to Grażyna Bacewicz.
Alongside her performing career, she serves as Adjunct Professor of the BBVA Foundation Viola Chair at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid. She is supported by Thomastik-Infeld.
